Objective
3 days course provides the framework and direction for team members currently in or moving into a project management role for an organization. Participants not only develop an increased tool set for managing projects, but also gain creative problem solving skills through team collaboration — a skill that is essential in becoming a successful Project Manager or working as part of Project Team. It will equip the participants with the necessary skills (both hard and soft skill), approach and tool to successfully deliver a project in an optimized manner.This course will also provide “hands-on” and practical technique using PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE, to successfully plan and manage project

- 5 process group (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing)
- 6 Project Constraints : Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resource and Risk Management
- MS-Project 2016, as Project Management tool
- Project Documentation – using Common Project Methodology
- Project Simulation
